Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel a booking if the slot start time is more than 24 hours away from the current time. Once the 24-hour window has passed, cancellations are not permitted.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log in to your Turf Master account.
- Navigate to the "My Bookings" page.
- Locate the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel Booking" button if the booking is still within the cancellation window.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the slot start time qualify for a full refund of the booking amount.
- Partial Refund: Not applicable under current policy. Only full refunds are provided for eligible cancellations.
- No Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot start time are not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
5. Arena Owner Cancellations
In the rare event that an arena owner cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund and a notification via email. We will also assist you in finding an alternative slot or arena.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the arena within 15 minutes of your booked slot start time without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a "No-Show". No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Continued use of Turf Master after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
