1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turf Master ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 require parental consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the arena owner.
• Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
• Any additional charges (equipment rental, refreshments, etc.) are payable directly at the arena unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund terms outlined therein.

5. User Conduct

When using Turf Master and the facilities you book, you agree to:

• Treat arena staff, equipment, and facilities with respect.
• Follow all safety guidelines and rules set by the arena.
• Not engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Not resell or transfer booked slots without authorization.

6. Arena Owner Obligations

Arena owners listing on Turf Master agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their facility, amenities, and availability.
• Honor all confirmed bookings and maintain the facility in safe, playable condition.
• Communicate promptly with players regarding any changes or cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turf Master acts as an intermediary platform connecting players with arena owners. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at any arena or during play.
• The quality, condition, or safety of any arena or its equipment.
• Cancellations or no-shows by either party, beyond the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Turf Master, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Turf Master or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
